MERIDIAN, Idaho (CBS2) — In a Facebook post, Gino's Italian Ristorante and Bar in Meridian announced it will be closing at the end of February 2024.
The Vuolo Family and Jimmy Gadson left the following statement:
For 27 years, Gino’s Italian Ristorante has been a staple of the treasure valley. We have enjoyed and welcomed all who have been loyal customers and dear friends. Today, we are announcing that we will be closing the doors at the end of February 2024. Due to the current economic conditions, it is no longer tenable to run a small business. As many of our fellow counterparts have been forced to close over rising costs, we must also do the same, however sad it may be. We feel it is the best decision to protect the legacy that Gino and Tia built over the last 27 years. In order to honor that legacy and give the people who have been loyal customers throughout the years a chance to say goodbye, January and February we will be open just Friday and Saturday, reservation only, with a rotating menu with items selected from past menu editions. We can never thank you all enough for being there, not just as customers, but as friends as well. Whether dining for pleasure, celebrating birthdays, engagements, rehearsal diners, or just enjoying a meal, we have cherished being a part of your lives. To our employees who have served with grace and distinction, we are grateful for your efforts. Once more, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.ncG1vNJzZmihlJa1sLrEsKpnm5%2BifK%2Bx1qxmpaeTlrlws8inpqxlmamurbXAp2SroaOpvLOtza2cZpucpMCqusZmm6ivnmK2r3nFnpmrrZGnxm5%2Bj2trZpylmnq1u4yemqimn6K2pHnCqKWdoaSevK%2B%2F
